To Develop a LOD 350 3D Revit Modeling of Commercial Buildings ( Library and Bank Building) along with parking spaces with the help of PDFs and CAD files for both existing and new construction phase using BIM 360 plateform

Project Summary

Architecture Elements to be modeled:

Walls(Exteriors and Partitions), Doors, Windows, Skylights, Facade featured & Detailing, Ceiling, Sanitary Fixture, Fixed Furniture, Material specification, and rooms.

Structure Elements to be modeled:

Foundation, wall, Columns, Brackets, Connections, Mezzanine, beams, slabs, staircase, railing, ramp
and Steel roof structure, and materials.

MEP Services:

Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical Services for new construction phases of commercial buildings and parking spaces.


1. Library (1Level) = 1250sqm.
2. Bank Building (2Levels) = 286sqm.
3. Parking = 600sqm

The project comprised two major commercial buildings: a Library and a Bank building and a parking space.
Each building had new construction and existing construction phases. The existing buildings had to be demolished and the client provided us with the CAD files as well as photographs of these existing buildings. We had to develop an Architectural, Structural, and steel structural 3D Revit model of the existing and new buildings.
