JBH-Tesla Announces Merger to Form JBH-Tesla Design Group, Inc. and Tesla-JBH CADD Services, Inc.

JBH Construction & Design Consultants Inc. and Tesla Outsourcing Services in a joint statement issued by Group CEO’s, Mr. Ketan Poojara, and Mr. Jorge B. Hernandez, indicated that the two will merge their current business operations to form JBH-Tesla Design Group, Inc.

The new companies will be combine of services that had been previously offered separately; services such as a wide array of CAD Services, Architectural Design, Engineering, BIM (Building Information Modeling) Services, MEP (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing) Services, Construction Management Services, and a host of others surely to be of interest to both current and future customers.

Mr. Hernandez, USA based licensed Architect with more than 19 years in Residential and Commercial experience, said “The merger of our companies emphasizes our strengths while improving the quality of services delivered to our clients.”

Mr. Ketan Poojara, an Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in providing Architectural and Engineering Services worldwide added that “with this collaboration, the new companies will emerge to be stronger and more aggressive force in construction industry. It will also allow us to become even more competitive in both the domestic and international markets.”
