To develop complete set of Construction Drawings with equipment schedules for a Hotel Building. The construction drawings needed to be developed following Architectural Standards and Building codes for Louisiana, United States

This project was outsourced to Tesla Outsourcing Services, India office, by an architectural firm in Louisiana, U.S.A.

This project consists of a Hotel Suite with 4 floors. The only input that was pro­vided to us was a conceptual drawing consisting of basic plan and eleva­tion. All the details relevant for producing construction drawings was devel­oped from the conceptual design. The project has creation of

The project had unique and typical floors both. There were different types of bathrooms for physically handicap, different sizes of bedrooms etc. The total project area was 45789 sq ft.
