To create 5 high-resolution 3D Renderings (3500 pixels) and conduct a shadow/solar study at 11 different times of the year for 2 multistoried Residential Buildings and its site after creating a 3D model.
The Project was carried out for a very well-known construction Company in Canada. The company is a 35-year-old company and is recognized for its work in the field of Architectural services.
We had executed Architectural 3D Modeling Services and 3D Rendering Services for our client in Canada.
The project consisted of creating a 3D model for the project that included a basement, G+12 Levels of two building blocks, and the site including landscaping, parking, ramps, roads, activity areas. This had to be rendered to generate 5 high resolution rendered images (3500 pixels). The client had provided us with the architectural plan, elevations, and sections in AutoCAD format.
The 5 high-resolution views consisted of:
A Bird’s eye day-view of the entire site along with the landscape that is set in the actual surrounding based on Google Maps.
4 night-views at different angles from ground level
Once the modeling was completed, Tesla had to conduct a shadow study (Solar Study) for 11 different times in a year as specified by the client. This was carried out to understand how the shadows of these buildings affected the neighboring properties.
5 high-resolution images (3500 pixels) for 5 different views of the residential building including landscaping.
11 shadow study images
The greatest challenge for this project was the design changes made by the client. The initial design had 14 floors for all the buildings. However, this was then changed to 12 floors in one tower. The site was also changed by the client. This resulted in re-working on the model. However, we had delivered the project with exceptional quality in 10 working days.
