Project Objective

To create 4 Renderings (2500 pixels) for Residential Apartment after creating a 3D model. The immediate area around the building also had to be modeled (i.e. parking, street, landscaping).

Client Summary

The Project was carried out for a very well-known construction firm in Canada. The company is a 35-year-old company and is recognized for its work in the field of Architectural services.

Project Summary

Tesla had developed a presentation 3D model for the residential apartments along with the site. The site included parking, street, some landscaping, etc. This was then rendered to generate 4 photorealistic day views for the project. The client had provided us with the architectural plan, elevations, and sections in AutoCAD format. The project was completed in 10 working days.

The 4 rendered views consisted of:

  • A photorealistic night-view from ground level
  • 3 day views at different angles from ground level

Challenges

Creating the overhangs in the model as per the client’s requirements was a major challenge. Tesla, with its expertise and experience in creating architectural 3D models, modeled the overhangs with precision and perfection as required by the client.
