We use advanced software like Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP and Navisworks to not just provide MEP BIM Coordination Services but also to extract functional 2D drawings. We ensure that the MEP Co-ordination Drawings provided by us are detailed, accurate and adhere to all international standards and codes.
We perform BIM Coordination between Architectural, MEP and Structural disciplines as well as internally within the MEP discipline i.e. HAVC, Electrical, Plumbing etc. We mark up any such clashes that need a design change and discuss this in collaboration with all the parties involved in construction. This helps everyone to be on same page as far as design is concerned.
Clash Detection and interference checking is the first step in the coordination process. BIM Clash Detection encompasses of interference checking, extraction of clash reports and performing design validation to ensure there are no major collisions between Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines.
We can extract Coordination Drawings from a coordinated 3D BIM model. Our team ensures that the right drafting standards, presentation methods etc. are followed so that the onsite installation process is less cumbersome.
